Leg extension-

25reps count 25

20reps count 20

15reps count 15

10reps count 10

5reps count 5

5reps count 5

10reps count 10

15reps count 15

20reps count 20

25reps count 25

Seated leg press high foot position-

25reps count 25

20reps count 20

15reps count 15

10reps count 10

5reps count 5

5reps count 5

10reps count 10

15reps count 15

20reps count 20

25reps count 25

Do this for 3 rounds rest 45sec between each round.  Good luck
