Just a glimpse into my routine this morning.
Cardio-
-15 minutes weighted incline treadmill walk
Weights-
-20 minutes of chest/shoulders
4 sets of 15 - rest 15 sec incline bench
4 sets of 15 - rest 15 sec standing cable chest fly
4 sets of 15 - rest 15 sec bent over standing cable chest fly
4 sets of 15 - rest 15 sec lower chest cable raises
Shoulder-
4- sets of 15 - rest 1 minute - barbell shoulder shrugs/ barbell shoulders pull to chin/ barbell front shoulder press/ shoulder cable pulls
3 min cold water immersion
Now I’m ready for my day!
