Who said Texas was hot!!!   It was cold when I got here yesterday evening and it’s 50 degrees this morning.  I'm gonna have to get some Hot Texas Beef Briskets to warm me up!

I did 100 leg extension,  my Quads were pumped, 100 kettlebell RDLs, my hamstrings were on fire and I read 100 pages yesterday… I was able to finished my book on my flight💪🏽 my brain was inspired.
