Vee’s Inspiration May, 27, 2025

It was good to have family and friends over to the house on Sunday.  What was to be a relatively small 20-25-person get-together turned into a 55-person family reunion.  I say family because everyone that came was family by blood or by the relationship that has grown over time.  We are so thankful to be able to spend quality time with family.  I pray you had an enjoyable and restful holiday weekend.  

This past month has been a maintenance month of training for me. I've been trying to rehab my bicep and forearm.  It’s better but still not 100% yet.  My next OCR is June 28.
