Vee’s Inspiration March 5, 2024
The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. I won't call myself insane, let’s just say I keep forgetting and continue doing the same thing.
Just to give you some context, I do this everytime I goto this market and question myself everytime.
I woke up at 3:30 am Monday excited about my new March workouts. And yes Mondays are still “Never Miss Leg Monday”. I do my leg workout, get to the office by 7:00 am have meetings, and work until 1:00 pm, head home to check on the contractors that are doing work at the house, load the car up, and head to the airport, get on a 4-hour flight to one of my operations market, arrive at 10 pm, by the way, there is a two hour time difference so my body thinks it's midnight, get to the hotel by 11:00 pm which feels like 1:00 am, and now it's 12:05 am here and I'm writing Vee’s Inspiration.
Real Talk, so many people have told me how much they enjoy Vee’s Inspiration that doing it does not feel like I'm doing something extra, but if I were to peel back a few additional layers of being transparent, Vee’s Inspiration is therapeutic for me as well. Thank you for allowing me to share. And for those who read or listen to it every day and send a comment, like, or love, thank you!
Back to me being insane, after I write and edit, I'll record the audio version, lay down for a few hours, hit the gym, by the way, I love the planet fitness out here, and then I'll go to work. Smile, I'll do all that before 7:00 am. Yeah, I might be a little crazy, but when you love what you do, enjoy the people you work with, and love Fitness, it doesn’t feel insane. Let me know your thoughts in the comment section below. Am I Sane or Insane?
Have a Great Day and Stay Safe!
