Meditation

Lord,  

Thank you for this morning.  Thank you for my family and friends.  Thank you for my health and the health of my family and friends.  Thank you for our careers and the quality of our lives.   I ask for continued good mental and physical health.   I ask for positive energy and the ability to be an inspiration for my family, my friends, and the people I come in contact with every day.  Lord,  I ask that my actions and words be void of ego and pride.   I ask that I remain calm when things get chaotic and have patience when things don't go the way I expect.  Lord, I ask for healing from the pains of our losses and the strength to continue to move forward.  I ask for comfort and healing for those who are dealing with physical, emotional, or mental challenges.  I ask that today be a day where each of us is able to help someone want to be better tomorrow.   Lord, I ask for your continued blessings and grace.
