Last Friday, my neighbor, Kim, reached out to check on me.  She said she had not received the inspiration in a few days and wanted to make sure we were ok…

On Tuesday, my Dad sent me a text asking if all was good, he had not received Vee’s Inspiration in a few days and wanted to make sure everything was alright…

Yesterday, my wife asked if I would be sending out Vee’s Inspiration, she has missed receiving it…

Real Talk,  these last few months of work and work travel, home projects, family stuff, the pursuit of personal goals, and just life had nicked my personal armor.   Last week we were able to get away on a cool family vacation.  I used the time away to mentally and physically decompress.  I decided to give myself and the people who receive Vee’s Inspiration a respite.

Vee’s Inspiration is back now, ready to explore the professional, personal, and emotional landscape of this thing we call life.  

A personal note, I'm on a journey back to competing in OCRs, Obstacle Course Racing, I will start sharing more of my training, my diet, and my mental and emotional preparation.  

I see myself becoming a better version of myself… I hope you see the same in yourself…
