This is not my quote,  but I think it’s worth sharing…

As I read and contemplated this quote,  I thought about it from a different perspective than I would have in the past.  I don't view someone leaving the team as being disloyal,  I view it as them making a decision that better fits them or their family.  My challenge to you and myself is how do we create an atmosphere whereas people feel the decision to stay on the team is the best decision for them personally and for their family.  

Perspective can be a  powerful tool…

To my brother Dre, I’m here for you to talk to, to provide a shoulder to cry on, to be that silent presence sitting next to you as you go through this difficult time.  My prayers are with you.
