1. It ain't easy, if it were everyone would do it

2. It’s not meant to be easy, you grow from adversity

3. Everyone who smiles in your face is not your friend

4. Don't get mad when you hear the truth, listen to it

5. The key to Leadership is knowing when to follow and when to lead

6. So what if they don't like you

7. Respect the people who understand how to tell you the things you need to hear

8. Fear no one, we are all created the same way

9. Be quiet and listen, you might get the answer to the question you were about to ask

10. Find your purpose, your person, and your village
