This might sound crazy,  but choosing to be selfish about your mental, emotional, and physical well-being is the most sane choice you can ever make.  If someone tells you something different,  maybe they are crazy.

My Day 6 of Being Great in July.

 

  1. woke up at 4:00 am 

  2. Returned thanks to God

  3. Workout in the Hotel Gym (4x15 of each) - Chest - Heavy dumbbell incline bench press, heavy close grip incline dumbbell bench press, standing cable chest fly, flat overhead dumbbell chest pull-      Shoulder- seated dumbbell shoulder press, standing shoulder dumbbell shrug, through legs cable front deltoid pull,  side cable shoulder raise   Back -cable lat pull down, reverse grip cable late pull down, seated cable row, one arm dumbell row-                Triceps - 4x15- cable press down, single arm cable extension, overhead cable extension-                                    Bicep - 4x15- alternating arm dumbbell curl, cable hammer curl, reverse grip cable curl

  4. 15min of reading 

  5. 15min of meditation/reflection
