Vee’s Inspiration July 13, 2024

I’m Looking forward to getting back to Atlanta,  this Arizona heat is next-level.  No cap,  the hottest day was 125 degrees at 1:30 pm on Thursday,  and 99 degrees at 3:52 am (I was on my way to the gym by the way)  I love the heat but this is next level.  I'm looking forward to getting back to my home routine for two days before I have to fly back out on Tuesday.  Life is busy, but I enjoy every minute of it,  even the sucky times😂.

My Day 13 of Being Great in July.

(no sauna, and no dog duty since I'm traveling all week)

1. Woke up at 2:00 am 

2. Returned thanks to God

3. Meditated for 30 minutes 

4. Head to the Airport for my 6:00 am flight.

5. 1.5 hours of reading on the 4hour Flight

6. 10-15 laps in the pool

7. Workout - Rest Day

8. Enjoy Family

9. Drink 100oz of water
