I'm tired this morning, yesterday was a long day.  I wanted to stay in the hotel bed for another hour and a half  of sleep,  but that's what's expected.  When you are trying to become the best version of yourself,  you have to do the things that are not expected.

It’s cold here in Cincinnati, Ohio.  So cold I opted to work out in the hotel fitness room as opposed to going to Planet Fitness 10 minutes away.   

What is your motivation? Is it the reflection you want to see in the mirror, the title on your door, the balance in your bank accounts, the accolades from friends?  What motivates you to push yourself forward when it’s easier to stay in your current situation?
