Leg day is a challenging day.  We dig deep, press hard, and we go through it.  We don't complain, We don't whine, We don't stop, we work through it.  Use this day as a blueprint for life.  Sometimes it hurts, and other times it seems like an impossible task,  but in the end, we can look back and say,  “We did that!”
