Vee’s Inspiration December 18, 2024
There are some days when being a Girl Dad is the best feeling in the world. Yesterday morning I had a long conversation with one of my daughters. She is like me in the sense we are extremely loyal to our tribe, we have quick and hot tempers and we never forget when someone slights us. We talked about work, her future, her responsibility as a mother, her obligation to herself as a woman, finances, and how “Millers Work”. Our conversation made a long yesterday into a good day.
Now all of my young adults are gonna look at me sideways because I did not give them their flowers. Smh. Here we go…
My oldest is a Gemini like me her birthday is 6/15. She would lose her head if it wasn't attached to her, but she is always here when we need her. She has a heart of gold and she was the inspiration for me to stop drinking. I didn't understand it then but I'm grateful for it now. She has put herself through school, and has a crazy work ethic that illustrates how “Millers Work” Dad loves his Yodi🤎
My second oldest is a Gemini like me her birthday is 6/1. She has a heart like no other, she loves hard and is fiercely loyal. She is arguably the smartest of all my young adults. She is almost too smart, but she is also the laziest of all my young adults. Her intellect illustrates the “Miller Intellect” Dad loves his Chelz🤎
My youngest daughter is my Brebre. She is the most independent thinking of my young adults and the one that is always late to everything, except for work at her new job as Store Manager. She has always been the most responsible of all my young adults. In the past, If something were to happen to Anissia and Me, she was the designated administrator of our estate. That is how much we trust her to follow directions without wavering. She has always had to work harder than my other young adults, that hard work has enabled her to forge her path into leadership and management. Her hard work and tenacity illustrate the “Miller Tenacity” Dad loves his Brebre🤎
My youngest, my son, and my Legacy. Has all the ingredients of his older sisters. He has the biggest heart, he will give you his last dollar. He is very smart though not as smart as Chelz, he has a great work ethic that rivals Yodi and he has become a leader amongst his peers. He still has to learn to do what he says he will do when he says he will do it. Hopefully, that will come sooner than later. Interesting fact. He is just 25 years old and has been in a leadership and management position for almost 4 years. He currently manages 3 restaurants that have over 75 associates. By providing leadership to his associates, he is also providing a path to success for their families. He illustrates “Miller Leadership”
Dad loves his Demarcus🤎
As my wife always says, “I share too much” but that's what makes me me. And what proud Dad doesn't share🤎
Have a Great Day!
