Try doing 3 rounds of the following:

  • 25 jumping jacks,

  • 25 air squats,

  • 25 good mornings,

  • 25 push-ups,

  • 25 crunches,

  • 25 bent leg raises

  • 25 supermans

  • 25 swimmers

This should take you about 12-15mins... You'll feel great afterward. Enjoy!
