I had an interesting conversation with one of my guys last week.  I believe it was a compliment when he stated, “I have a mindset and management mentality like a couple of other EVPs he has worked with,  we have a “play to win mentality,” whereas his mindset is more of a “play not to lose” mentality.   I have been meditating on his comment for a week now and I have some thoughts.  I won’t share them today, but I would like you to think about your mindset and ask yourself, “Do you play to win?” Or “Do you play not to lose?”
