“It’s worth the wait...”

Anything worthwhile will require hard work and patience. Understanding the importance of short-term sacrifices to achieve long-term success can be a challenge.

A technique that has helped me over the years is to mix some achievable short-term goals with some more challenging longer-term goals. This process has helped me become more patient and committed to my long-term goals because I've been able to achieve my short-term goals.

Pssst - A short-term goal can be as simple as completing “TheChallenge” one day at a time. The short-term success might be you feel refreshed because you drank 84oz of water and completely disconnected for 15min each day!
