There is not a day that goes by that I don't think about you, appreciate you, and miss you.  But you'd be proud of me... I have a loving wife and three crazy kids plus three wonderful grandsons and best of all, I have mental peace.  For so long I struggled with, “How would I go on without you?”,  but you taught me through your actions the true definition of “Tenacity”

I miss you dearly, but I'm a better man because of you.  As is our Tradition,  we will toast your beautiful spirit with your favorite drink, an “Apple Martini”.

Happy Birthday Mom,  I love you and I miss you.  

This year I start a new tradition,  “I Ride for...”

In your honor, I'm riding my spin bike for 62 minutes
