Yesterday was FitCamp and I had a blast. I'm not sure if everyone will feel the same today. 🙂 I woke up sore💁🏾. How does that happen? Anyway, it was a great day. Thank you to all the participants and a special shout-out and thank you to my FitCamp Team CC, SG, and BG. I appreciate y'all.

Today is a special day for so many different reasons.

It's been my Uncle Jake's Birthday all of my life. Those that don't know Uncle Jake, well, he is the coolest Cat. Imagine the original Shaft, in the ’60s & ’70s, that was him. Picture the “Old Spice” Model Man of the ’90s and 20s, that was him in the ’80s, ’90s, and ’20s. Just cool. The Ultimate cool is he has known my Aunt Paula for 42 years and they have been married for 37 years, Just Cool.

To a great Uncle, Husband, and Friend, Happy Birthday Uncle Jake! Cheers to 25 more!
