Yesterday was a good day toasting up to Mom. I appreciate all the Apple Martini toast pictures.

I smiled at my morning workout crew this morning. It's the post-labor day, so it's time to switch up the workouts. Slow leg day with an intense core workout. Needless to say, I got dirty looks and silent curses. I love it!!!
