Saturday morning challenge!
Step 1- Find the song Bring Sally Up on YouTube.
Step 2- Decide if you want to do Legs or Chest
Step 3- If it's leg day, you will be doing air squats. Every time the song says “ Bring Sally up” you go up and when the song says “Bring Sally down” you go down and hold the squat. Hold the squat position until the song says “Bring Sally up”. If it's chest day do the same with regular or modified push-ups.
Beginners do the song 1x
Intermediate do the song 2x
Advance do the song 3x
