A conversation with my mirror

Hey knucklehead what were you thinking when you put together your crazy work schedule?  Why would you schedule  meetings all day Monday and Tuesday then book a late night flight on Tuesday to a different time zone with a 4 am Zoom call on Wednesday in the old time zone?  Then,  work all day Wednesday until 1 am Thursday and have to get back up at 5 am Thursday.  The funny thing is your shortest day was on Saturday when you worked until 12:15 pm because you had to catch a 3:30 pm flight so that you could get home by 8:00 pm.  And why would you schedule all that with only 1 day off?  And knucklehead, why would you have the nerve to schedule another 9 work days until your next off day?   Every time I yell at myself for making my crazy work schedule I just laugh at myself for making my crazy work schedule.

It's been a long week of traveling, but I made it back home tired, but safe.   If you don't enjoy the blessings, don't ask for the blessings!
