Vee’s Inspiration May 23, 2024

I woke up later than I intended.  I had to pack for my three-day business trip, and had to try to get a shoulder and HIIT workout in before I got on the road.  

Real Talk,  I wanted to get back into bed, cancel my business trip and call today a “gym rest day”.  

Instead, I thought about a saying,  “How do you finish the race?  You start the race…”

I hope your day has started better than mine, but now that we're up, let’s get it!
