My daily stuff…
Sit less, stand more
Workout hard but smart
Remain consistent
Work through the negative thoughts
Drink 20oz of water before eating
Try to sleep at least 5 hours
Set achievable short-term goals and hard long-term goals
Do what I say I’m going to do
Say thank you more
Own it when I mess up and say sorry
Set high unrealistic personnel standards
Be selfish about my peace and my mental and physical health
Give myself grace every day
Say thank you, Lord, for all of my trials and my tribulations, my family, my friends, my health, and my blessings
