Vee’s Inspiration May 21, 2024

Life is not always a 50/50 balance between personal and professional.  There are times when our personal lives take priority and then there are times when our professional lives take priority.  Yesterday and Today, my professional life is the priority.   

The cool thing is, despite yesterday being a long work day filled with meetings, I was able to get an early leg and core workout in before work and after work, I was able to see two of my four grandboys, see one of my daughters and hang out a little bit with my wife.  

This morning, I did a super early chest and tricep workout and was able to be at the office by 5:45 am to prepare for another long day of meetings, teaching, and learning.  I love this thing we call life!  It’s all about perspective.
