One of the young men I mentor reached out to me yesterday.

“Life has taught me wisdom comes from the journey, not necessarily the 'reached or achieved goal'.

I believe it's human nature to want to celebrate achieving goals and victories.  But man,  the journey, when you look back on things is much more valuable than the victory or goal achieved.

This comes from a personal and professional perspective for me.
