A simple routine that will keep you on track or get you back on track:
15-20min of cardio
20-30min of resistance training
84oz of water each day
6-8 hours of sleep each day
1800-2200 calories per day
Last meal by 7 pm
first meal after 11 am
A positive can-do attitude
Take some time to enjoy yourself, enjoy your family, and reconnect with friends.
