A simple routine that will keep you on track or get you back on track:

  • 15-20min of cardio 

  • 20-30min of resistance training 

  • 84oz of water each day

  • 6-8 hours of sleep each day

  • 1800-2200 calories per day

  • Last meal by 7 pm 

  • first meal after 11 am

  • A positive can-do attitude

Take some time to enjoy yourself, enjoy your family, and reconnect with friends.
