Vee’s Inspiration June 14, 2024

From time to time people ask me about my routine.  It varies depending on what I have going on personally and professionally.  

Professionally,  it’s a busy time for me so I have to be extremely disciplined about my routine.  Personally, I'm in the next stage of training.  This stage includes adding lean muscle while starting my OCR conditioning.  

Here are some of my short-term, 3 months, professional and personal goals.

Professional Goals-

  1. Help develop the mental and emotional stamina of my young Directors, Analysts and Intern on my Real Estate team when it comes to the workplace.

  2. Help develop my multi-unit operations managers on how to anticipate and solve problems before they become problems

  3. Continue to mentor the 5 individuals who have asked me to personally mentor them

  4. Increase my understanding of the interconnectedness of people's behaviors, big organizational systems, and economics.

Personal Goals-

  1. Continue to work on my patience with those closest to me

  2. Spend more quality time with my Grandboys

  3. Spend more quality time with my wife and our young adults

  4. Gain 5-7 lbs of lean muscle conditioning for late fall / early winter Spartan Race

My morning  routine this 3:15 am - 6:30 am

  1. Woke up at 3:15 am - returned thanks, read and meditated, took out the dogs - 1 hour

  2. Intense leg workout -  45min

  3. Low-speed high-intensity gear spin bike workout - 10min

  4. Infrared Suana for 20 - min (write/ record  Vee’s Inspiration)

  5. Cold Shower - 3 min

  6. Iron uniform - head out to work
