Man, I love the Olympics. I spent a better part of yesterday, watching the qualified best athletics in the world compete.  I love competition.  I love it when individuals compete against other individuals at the highest levels and I love it when individuals compete against themselves.  Every four years, this is one of my favorite time of the year.  

I love the Olympics &  I love Fitness 

My Day 28 of Being Great in July.

  1. Woke up at 3:00 am 

  2. Took the Dogs out

  3. Meditated 

  4. 100oz of water 

  5. Workout- Chest - Incline dumbbell press 4x15, Incline reverse grip dumbbell press 4x15, standing cable fly press 4x15                                       Shoulder -  standing shoulder shrug 4x15, standing single arm shoulder press 4x15, standing dumbbell front deltoid raise 4x15, standing dumbell rear deltoid press 4x15,                  Back -  standing cable row 4c15, kneeling incline cable pulldown 4x15, incline dumbell bench row 4x15                        Bicep - cable hammer curl 4x15, EZ bar curl 4x15.                  Triceps - Reverse grip cable extension 4x15, standing cable press down 4x1
