Vee’s Inspiration July 10, 2024

I listened and watched some material on David Goggins and Cameron Hanes yesterday.  Their approach to life is just different.  One of the common themes for them with training when asked “what they are training for”  is to always be ready for whatever life throws at you.  

I love that.  Imagine if that is your daily motivation.  How great would you be? 

My Day 10 of Being Great in July.

   (no sauna, and no dog duty since I'm traveling all week)

  1. Woke up at 3:00 am 

  2. Returned thanks to God

  3. Meditated for 30 minutes 

  4. Went to the Gym - Back- 4x15 of each - seated high row, seated low row, seated cable row, single arm cable row, 3x10 pull-ups                               Bicep-  4x15 of each - dumbbell curl, dumbbell hammer curl, dumbbell reverse grip curl, high cable curl

  5. 45 minutes of reading
