My 2024 work travel season has officially started. I’m looking forward to all the new things I’ll learn this year, the new places I’ll visit, and the new people I’ll meet. Experiencing new things can be intimidating and even scary, but that's the only way we learn and the only way we grow. I have no worries because we'll be taking this journey together. I'll share my experiences but don't feel like you have to share yours. Hopefully, as I share my fears, insecurities and discoveries as I learn new things, it will help you embrace the new experiences in your life. 2024 is going to be different, in addition to us getting into better physical shape, we are also going to get into better mental shape.
