The Zoom Morning Workout-

This is part of the Basic and above membership package.  Non members can also join just click the a la carte button.  

To Zoom in…

  1. Goto Vecus.net and scroll down to the Body section 

  2. Click on the Daily Workout button

  3. Click the Schedule button

  4. Select 5:15 am Zoom Workout

  5. The workout starts at 5:15 am

TheChallengeFebruary - This is a 4-Week ,8-15 minute per day Monday, Friday Body Challenge.  

To read about it…

  1. Goto Vecus.net and scroll down to the Body section

  2. Click on The Challenge button

The instructions and the video will give you all the directions you need.  

The Boots and Glutes Group Workout-

This is part of the Basic and above membership package.  Non members can also join just click the a la carte button.  

To join the group class…

  1. Goto Vecus.net and scroll down to the Body section 

  2. Click on the Daily Workout button

  3. Click the Schedule button

  4. Select Boots and Glutes - Basic if you are a Vee’s Fitness Member or Boots and Glutes if you are not a member.

  5. Class starts at 6:30 pm
