An early morning flight means I have to do my Leg / Core workout later today. There will be many times in life when you have to do things differently than what you planned. Recognize that is just the reality of things, don't complain about it or make excuses about it, just accept reality and keep moving forward.

4 sets of 20 reps weighted glute bridges
4 sets of 15 around the world core
4 sets of 15 bent leg raises
4 sets of 15 side-to-side heel touch
4 sets of 45sec plank rest 15 sec
