Monday just feels harder than those other days,  but it’s not,  it’s just Monday, the day after Sunday, and the day before Tuesday.   Let’s get after it!

Monday’s Vee20 workout below

Chest circuit - 

10 x incline dumbbell press-rest 5 sec 

10 x incline close hands dumbbell press- rest 5 sec 

10 x reverse grip dumbbell press - rest 5 sec

Rest 10 sec Repeat for 3 - rounds 

Chest

3 sets of 10 reps - incline dumbbell press - rest 5 sec 

3 sets of 10 reps - incline close hands dumbbell press- rest 5 sec 

3 sets of 10 reps - reverse grip dumbbell press - rest 5 sec

Rest 1 min

Upper body circuit

12 reps - low cable fly

10 reps - snatch dumbbell shoulder press

10 reps - standing dumbbell shoulder press

10 reps - standing dumbbell pull to chin

10 reps - standing dumbbell side raises 

Rest 30 sec  - repeat for 3 rounds

4 min tricep 

10x cable press down

10x cable reverse press down

10x overhead cable extension

No rest repeat for 4 min
