Vee’s Inspiration February 13, 2025

I was having a conversation with Anissia yesterday,  she made the simplest statement yet it had the most profound meaning.  She said, “People say less when you handle your business.”  As soon as she made that statement,  so many different levers clicked in place for me.  Even if people don't like you or covet what you have,  they say less about you if you are doing the things you should be doing.  Nobody trashes the person who goes to work, pays their bills, is not overly dependent on family or friends, and stays out of trouble.  Those are the boring people.  People love to talk about folks who don't have a job, don't pay their bills, rely on others to take care of them, and always find themselves in the midst of drama or trouble.  

Such a simple but true statement.  Thanks, Babe
