Vee’s Inspiration February 11, 2024

Super Bowl Sunday.  In my opinion, today should be a national holiday with the Monday afterward being a required day off.  Yes, that's my shameless plug for a National day off after the Super Bowl.

Now that we're back to reality,

I have a quick story,  it was 11:30 pm last night, Saturday night and my wife just finished blinging out some crocks, check out the pics below… (you can find her @ DesignsbyNiecy on TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram)

And yes, that was a shameless plug for my wife’s quiet passion, DesignsbyNiecy,  now back to my story.  She said she was hungry and was going to get some Nachos.  I said, ”Girl you don't need any nachos.”  her response was, “But I'm hungry and I have not eaten” I said, “If you were asleep, you wouldn't know you're hungry!”  

By her look I guess she didn't like my response. But since she has asked me to help her get into the best shape of her life, I had to keep it 💯 and remind her, “Nutrition is the Alpha and Omega of Fitness”vecus2024

She just looked at me… and got some water and an orange.  YES!  Sometimes gentle reminders work,  even on your spouse or partner.
