I woke up this morning feeling thankful for the year 2024 and hopeful for the year 2025.  

Thankful for the relationships built and maintained, and hopeful for the opportunity to build more.

Thankful for the lessons I’ve learned, and hopeful to continue learning more lessons.

Thankful for the pain I’ve endured, and hopeful to taste the fruit of that pain.

Thankful for being healthier than I’ve been in years, hopeful to continue on this journey to be more healthy.

Thankful for being inspired and motivated by others, hopeful I can be inspiring and motivating to others.

Thankful for being more at peace with myself as I continue to learn about myself, hopeful I can continue to live in peace.

Thankful the gas station attendant who was robbed minutes before I got there this morning but was not injured, and hopeful, peaceful interactions will be the new cool 2025 trend.

Thankful for the family and friends I have, hopeful we all have more years together.

Thankful for my visions for Vee’s Fitness, and hopeful my visions become a reality.
