Sometimes fitness is more about mental fitness than physical fitness.  Yesterday was a normal long work Thursday.  After work I had the opportunity to spend time with one of my guys and his son.  You can tell the quality of a man by the way they treat their children.  Last night, I witnessed a great operator, a great guy, and most importantly, a great Dad spending quality time with his son.
