Yesterday I had some challenges. I’m safe, but I might need a new transmission for my truck. I broke down three times on the way to my out-of-town market. SMH. Fortunately, I was able to make it to a safe location for the tow truck to pick me up. I’m not sure what the outcome will be. I could have been pissed off or frustrated, but I wasn’t. I was thankful that I didn’t break down on the expressway or the highway or in some crazy isolated location. My yesterday morning message was put to the test.

Lord, I’m so thankful and appreciative of your mercy and protection. Only you and I know how bad yesterday's situation could have been. I recognize yesterday was a difficult day and I'm so thankful for your shield of mental peace and security. I pray for that same peace and security today. Amen
