Don't forget to take some time to set your goals for 2023. If you are new to goal setting you might want to start with SMART

S-Specific and very clear

M-Measurable- your goal should allow you to track it

A-Attainable-The goal should be realistic

R-Relevant-your goal should connect to your values, dreams, and ambitions

T-Time-bound- There needs to be a target completion date, such as one month, three months, or a year

You can use this technique for a few different categories. Spiritual, financial, physical, emotional, etc.
