This is a continuation of my text from yesterday afternoon. It's so unfortunate for the wife and children of tWitch. So many people suffer from mental illness or other unknown issues. I echo the words spoken by so many... Check on the “strong” people in your life. Things aren't always what they seem.

I'm doing fine. Still dealing with some lingering health issues, but my mental state is good. Yesterday was tough with Trammell's heavenly 50th.

We had dinner with lil brother and the three of us toasted Trammell.
