Sometimes when you stop doing something you’ve done for a while, it feels like you’ve lost an old friend. I felt that way when I completed my morning workout session. Doing TheChallenge was tough, but it became part of my normal routine. The saying is true, “Do something for 21 days and you build a habit. That being said, I added the push-ups and crunches to my workout this morning😉.
