I think it's important to pause, reflect, evaluate, celebrate (if warranted), and then continue.
I'm going to Pause -
I did 28 straight days of 4 basic bodyweight movements, 100%.
I'm going to Reflect -
Despite not feeling my best for most of those days, I understood the assignment and executed it 100%. I did not take or make any excuses or take any shortcuts. It was an interesting mixture of pride, ego, stubbornness, and commitment.
For me, Wk1 was pride, Wk2 was ego, Wk3 was commitment and Wk4 was stubbornness.
I'm going to Evaluate -
If you did “TheChallenge” every day for the four weeks, 28 days, here's what you accomplished...
Beginner -700 push-ups, 700 crunches, 700 air squats, 700 elbow to Knees = 2,800 total reps or 25 of each exercise per day
Intermediate - 1400 push-ups, 1400 crunches, 1400 air squats, 1400 elbow to Knees = 5,600 total reps or 50 of each exercise per day
Advance - 2450 push-ups, 2450 crunches, 2450 air squats, 2450 elbow to Knees = 9,800 total reps or 87.5 of each exercise per day
Rock with Me -
(My Level) - 3500 push-ups, 3500 crunches, 3500 air squats, 3500 elbow to Knees = 14,000 total reps or 125 of each exercise per day
