I have one biological older sister, her name is Nicole. She has always been the smarter version of me and has always given solicited and unsolicited advice. For that, I appreciate and love her.
I have developed close relationships with younger men and women who refer to me as “big brother.” So I understand the burden my sister has felt for me all these years.

One of my Lil brothers was in a bad motorcycle accident yesterday. Fortunately, for his wife and kids, he only has five broken ribs and is pretty busted up.

Lil brother, I'm so frustrated with your actions. I initially thought your actions were selfish, but I get the idea of doing something you love. My counsel would be, if doing something you love might
take you away from those you love, maybe you shouldn't do it.

Lil brother, life is challenging and tough enough. Remember, today and tomorrow are not guaranteed, but a gift.

Lil brother, people care about you, make sure you take that seriously.

Lil brother, I'm glad you did not lose your life on that road yesterday morning, for the sake of your wife, your son, your daughters, one of which is my goddaughter, your mom and dad,
your younger brother, and the countless family and friends that look to you as a role model.

Lil brother, I pause to say a prayer for you. Thank you, Lord, for shielding him and protecting him during that potentially deadly moment. I ask the Lord to provide you with wisdom
regarding your future decisions.

Lil brother, I love you and would breathe a little shallower if you weren't here. I pray yesterday was your farewell motorcycle ride.

Lil brother, It might be unsolicited and you might not speak to me for a while, but that's the burden of my responsibility of being your big brother.

Get well, I'll kick your a$$ when those ribs heal.
