“Frustration...”

I can’t speak for all, so I'll just speak for myself. The last four weeks have been super frustrating for me. To the point of making me angry. In the last four weeks, 4 of my associates have been taken by violence. The most recent occurred this past Friday night. I get frustrated because in each case it seemed senseless. Young lives, gone forever. Families' hopes and aspirations derailed. I know I've always coached people about minimizing anger because it utilizes energy in an unproductive manner. So I had to self-coach this morning. I redirected that energy into my morning workout.

Here's my “Gymdance”..,

Steady-state Cardio-

Treadmill @ 8% incline @ 2.5 mph for 60 minutes

Weights - 1200 reps

10 sets of 10 reps with 10-sec rest for each exercise-

100-Dumbbell bench press

100-Standing cable fly

100-Incline sled chest press

100-Standing cross cable press

100-seated dumbbell shoulder press

100-Standing dumbbell shoulder shrug

100-Standing cable shoulder above head pull

100-Standing cable high shoulder pull

100-Single arm cable shoulder side raise

100-bent over tricep cable extension

100-reverse grip tricep pull down

100-rope tricep extension

HIIT-

(1min ski-erg ss 20 push-ups) - 5 Rounds

It helped, but I still mourn for the families.
