Just call me a road warrior.  I flew into Austin, Tx worked the market,  and over two days worked my way up to Dallas Fort Worth.  I love what I do.

Going from what I love to do, to waking up early and doing what I’m passionate about, my fitness.

I’ve added my Friday Chest/Back and Cardio  routine below…

 

Chest Work-

5 sets of 20reps of Incline DB bench 

press 

5 sets of 10reps of push-ups 

5 sets of 20reps of Incline DB reverse grip bench press 

5 sets of 10reps of push-ups

Back Work-

5 sets of 20reps of  Incline DB Row 

5 sets of 20reps of Incline reverse grip DB Row 

5 sets of 20reps of  Incline DB Back fly 

Completed Fridays TheChallengeFeb - Wk1

15min of Military Burpee no jump - (45) sets
