I'm looking forward to my workout this morning. Yesterday was leg day and I feel it today. Today is Chest and Back Day. There's nothing like that slow burn as you progress through your workouts. I'm excited to be getting back to my early morning meditation, workout, and cold plunge routine.
A sample of my morning:
2:00-3:20- Wake up, Meditate, and give thanks
3:30-4:15- compose Vee’s Inspiration while in the Sauna
4:15-4:30- record the audio for Vee’s Inspiration
4:30-5:30-Workout
5:30-5:40-Cold Plunge
5:40-6:00- Prepare for work
6:30-8:30- Arrive at work
People ask me all the time what time I go to bed. My answer is as early as I can. But usually, I fall asleep between 8 pm and 10 pm. The crazy thing is if I fall asleep at 8, I'm up by 1:00 a.m. 4-6 hours is usually the most I can ever sleep. I will tell you, there is power in being awake while everyone else is asleep. I tell people, I’m a genius when I wake up and a fool by the time I fall asleep.
I guess my point is simple. Find a routine that will enable you to be the best version of yourself. And then have fun while doing it.
