Vee’s Inspiration February 10, 2023

Sometimes inspiration comes in the form of words, and other times it comes in the form of actions.

Wednesday started week 2 of TheChallenge - February.  This challenge is meant to motivate us to “Move a little, Eat better, and focus more”.

Sometimes all you need is for someone to challenge you,  then you can challenge yourself.

Ultimately,  the goal is to be able to navigate life’s challenges in a manner that is positive and proactive.   

I challenge you to move more, eat better and focus.  And do these things while keeping a positive can-do attitude.

  • I’m doing week 2 - “Rock with me level”

  • 150 air squats

  • 150 push-ups

  • 150 crunches

  • 3 miles walking /jogging/ running

  • 1 min cold shower

  • 84oz if water

  • 15 min disconnect time

  • 15 min reading time

  • 16 hours of fasting between the last meal and the first meal

  • No fried food
