There are some seasons when things just seem harder. For me right now it's getting up in the morning at my normal time. I've been trying to increase my sleep to 6 hours, so I changed my morning alarm to 4:00am. It use to be set for 3:30am and I use to get up between 2:30 am and 3:30 am. I usually don't put my exact wake-up time because people already think I'm a little off.🙃 If you knew my [sleep - to get-up] time you might think I'm “just extra”. Truth be told, I enjoy getting my workout in, my current events reading in, my development reading in, my meditation in, my reading and responding to emails in, my planning for the day in, my strategizing in, my returning thanks to God in before most people get up. My normal pre workout routine usually takes 1.5-2.0 hours. But lately, I've been slipping and getting up closer to 4:15-4:30am and sometimes even 5:00am. I even have done the unthinkable, HIT MY SNOOZE BUTTON! SMH. The weird thing is most days I feel more tired. The good news is that all things have a season. I'm sure this is mine and “this too shall pass”

Btw, I did not tell everyone yesterday, but I appreciate each of you. In some shape or form, each of you have impacted my life and helped me become the man I am today. Thank you all.

Have a great day!

Stay safe!
