Vee’s Inspiration October 19, 2024

Fat Joe said something on the Club Shay Shay interview with Shannon Sharpe.  He said,  “….She took everything… but I knew I was gonna make it you could be whatever, Louie the mechanic, you could be a baker or a school teacher, we all have this winning DNA… the winning DNA is in certain people, they're gonna find a way to win no matter what…” 

My Words…

That comment resonates with me,

call it another epiphany for me…on this thing we call life… these obstacles are only inspirations for me.  One day I feel saddled by despondency,  but then I hear word or see actions that inspire and motivate me.  To be the best your eye they eye can see.  As my magical bird takes flight spurred by those words spoken by another to someone other, but meant for me… even thought they weren't meant for me  I will use that fuel to fulfill me destiny.  My destiny?  Yeah last week that was a foreign word to me, but today it opened my eye to see all the things I thought weren't meant for me.  Yeah I once was that tragedy, that endless drone of waking up, go to work then come back home,  but that comment was my sovereignty,  or should I say my autonomy,  to look inside of me at that molecular chain that bling on their necks and have others shackled around their necks,  but that’s not my destiny.  Not with this DNA Chain that hangs in the depths of my soul, pulling me from complacency into a place of contingency for greatness or just greater than that person, I thought was me.
